1. In Marketing Cloud, hover over your name and click Administration.
2. In the Account dropdown, click Users.
3. Select the checkbox next to the user’s name and click Manage Roles.
4. Click Edit Permissions.
5. Click the plus sign next to Workflows and Approvals to show the permission categories.
6. Find the permission and check whether to allow or deny that user the permission.
